Then, as a Senior Consultant Executive Search (m/f/d), help shape the establishment of Quadriga Executive Search in Berlin and work on filling key positions at the interface of politics, business, and society.

Your responsibility

• You manage executive search mandates in the Public Affairs and lobbying sector – from search strategy to successful placement.
• You identify and recruit leaders, experts, and high potentials.
• You advise clients on defining requirement profiles and strategically leverage your market knowledge.
• You conduct structured interviews and guide candidates through the entire selection process.
• You build and develop long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
• You contribute to winning your own mandates in the long term.
• You actively and entrepreneurially shape the development of the public affairs business in Berlin.

Your skills

• You have a completed university degree, ideally in law, political science, or business administration.
• You have several years of relevant professional experience in a political environment, for example in public affairs consulting, associations, interest groups, or corporate representative offices.
• You are familiar with the processes in ministries and parliaments and are at home in the political arena.
• Ideally, you have worked in a parliamentary environment or in a ministry yourself.
• You have a robust network across party lines in political Berlin.
• You have a good understanding of the workings and objectives of interest groups and capital city representation offices.
• You present yourself with confidence and approachability, impressing with discretion, judgment, and empathy.
• You have fluent English skills.
• Experience in recruitment consulting is an advantage, but not a requirement – we will prepare you specifically for your role.
