Jorg Howe stands for many years of expertise in international corporate communications at the intersection of media, business, and politics. Elke Eller and Jörg Ritter strengthen the advisory board with sound knowledge in organizational development, transformation, and human resources, and sharpen the focus on leadership, culture, and change. Eva Christiansen
For over two decades, she shaped key communication and strategy functions within German federal politics and was part of Angela Merkel's inner circle, whom she accompanied in various roles from 1999 onwards. During this time, she held positions such as spokesperson for the CDU Germany and the CDU/CSU parliamentary group, thus being closely involved in federal-level political communication.
Starting in 2006, she moved to the Federal Chancellery, where she worked as a media advisor to the Chancellor and later also took over the management of the department for „Political Planning, Innovation and Digital Policy as well as Strategic IT Management.“ In this role, she was responsible for central interfaces between political strategy, communication, and digital transformation at the highest government level.

Prof. Dr. Elke Eller
Prof. Dr. Elke Eller is one of the most distinguished personalities in German and international human resource management. She teaches Strategic HR Management at Worms University of Applied Sciences, is a member of the Supervisory Board of K+S AG, and an investor in various HR tech startups.
She was born in 1962 and earned a doctorate in economics from the University of Paderborn. Throughout her career, she held key leadership positions in the HR departments of major corporations. Until 2021, she was the Chief Human Resources Officer and Labor Relations Director of TUI AG. Prior to that, she was a member of the executive boards of VW Commercial Vehicles and VW Financial Services, each time responsible for HR.
From 2015 to 2019, she was the honorary president of the Federal Association of Human Resources Managers. In this role, she significantly shaped the HR community in Germany and provided important impetus for the further development of modern human resources work.
